Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK Laws, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and estimate the delivery time. You will be given the option to cancel if the waiting time is not suitable. If necessary we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in UK. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in other countries by contacting us with your requirements. Delivery times and costs for any shipments outside of UK are subject to availability and email confirmation of acceptance of these will be required from the customer before arranging the order.
3. Delivery Times
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except UK public holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments however you will be notified in this case, and offered the option for cancellation of your order with refund according to our refund policy.
4. Large Orders
All orders of 1,000+ boards will be delivered in 5 working days so please plan your ordering accordingly. Where possible will do our best to fill your order faster where stock is available.

5. Shipping Costs
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, the value of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed where applicable.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged where applicable, according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Standard Delivery Costs are as follows but could be subject to exceptions;

*Next day deliveries must be ordered by 12 noon (applicable to stock items only)
**£100 must be the value of the order before VAT or delivery calculation
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at orders@glueboard.co.uk and refer to our returns policy.

Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Glueboard. If you decide that the products are unsuitable due to damage or fault you may return your order, subject to our terms and conditions, within 14 working days of delivery. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays). Notification of cancellation must be via your account section in the website, or in writing, either by email to orders@glueboard.co.uk, or by letter which requires a signature on delivery, to Glueboard, 314 Midsummer Boulevard, Midsummer Court, MK9 2UB, Milton Keynes UK. Any other form of notification will not be valid.
We are primarily a Business to Business supplier. For all business transactions The Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies. If you are purchasing products for domestic use with delivery to your home address The Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013 will also apply. In either case the cost of collecting the item(s) to be returned will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of your written cancellation request you will be issued with an RMA number and acceptance if made in the your account area of the website. Or a short returns form, by email, on which to provide details of your order and the reason for returning the item(s). Unless the goods are faulty, the returns form must be completed and returned to glueboard within the 14 working days notification of return period. On completion of the returns form you will be provided with a returns number to be quoted on all returns correspondence. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected by our courier. The goods must be in their original packaging, unused, suitable for resale (with the exception of faulty goods) and suitably packed to ensure their safe return. The customer must make the goods available at the collection time. The customer will be charged for any unsuccessful visits by the courier where the goods are not available for collection. We will not provide refunds, or accept returns of any goods which are returned independently, or liability for any goods received at our premises, where our returns procedure has not been followed.
For any returns for reasons other than loss, damage or error on the part of glueboard, a re-stocking fee* of 20% of the cost of the goods, to cover handling and administration, will be charged and the customer will be liable for the return costs which will be deducted from the refund. Return collection charges will be £9.50 plus VAT unless the item was subject to a higher initial delivery charge for despatch, whereby the higher charge will also be applied when returning the item. Original delivery costs will not be refunded to the customer.* Refunds will be made within 14 days and by the same method as the original payment was made.
*Except where The Consumer Contracts (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013 apply
Damaged Goods
Customers are expected to examine the goods on receipt and report any damages or shortages straight away. For damaged/faulty goods please notify us, preferably by email orders@glueboard.co.uk or telephone +44 7493 392335, and we will forward a returns form for more information. Please complete the returns form as soon as possible and return it to us. We will begin to look into the problem straight away.
We will always try to help with any issues you have with products that you have purchased from glueboard, even if the returns period has expired, but we are often restricted by suppliers as to exactly what help we can offer. If you need any help with any of our products, please don’t hesitate to call us.
